Here is my Level Art work from the WindBlownSteppes levels in Mirador. WindBlownSteppes are levels were the player can explore and fight Sentinels through a colorful, dense steppes, inspired from the african jungle.
I started the creation of the levels from the initials LD Blockouts or 1st pass art. I handled various things, from world building and set dressing, to terrain and organic modeling, as well as polishing, bug fixing and optimization towards the end of production. The design and modeling of the arenas were created by Germain Couet.
I was also responsible for the integration of level design features ,materials and participated in the development of tools and pipeline creation for vegetation, in collaboration with the technical artist and programmers.
